Academic Advising is an essential tool to becoming a successful student. Our advisers help guide your path while at BCC by helping you pick classes, answering your questions, and giving you a "go-to" person while you're on campus.
BCC has Bookstores at our campuses in Fall River, New Bedford, and Attleboro. Operated by the Follett Higher Education Group, this is where you can purchase reading materials for your classes or pick up Bristol gear.
If you have questions or need help transitioning from college to a career, we are here to help. The Career Services office offers guidance, support, workshops and events to assist you with your move into the workforce.
The John Boyd Center provides day care services on campus in the Siegel Health Technologies Building (C-Building), Room C112. The Center is open year-round Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm and provides breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Disability Services assists students, as well as other college departments, in providing access to services and programs for those in need.
Multicultural Student Services
Minority Student Services offers a variety of support services that enrich the overall college experience for students of color. Dedicated to helping students stay on the road to success, Minority Student Services functions as a personal resource from admission to graduation.
For many students, BCC is just the first step on the path to higher education. If you're interested in transferring to a four-year institution, BCC offers many transfer agreements, scholarships, and cost saving measures.
Tutoring & Support
BCC has Tutoring and Academic Support Centers (TASC) at our Fall River, New Bedford, and Attleboro campuses. TASC helps students stay on the right path in the classroom by providing personal tutoring and academic help to students of all learning levels.
BCC is a Veteran Friendly institution, which means one of our primary goals is serving the men and women who served for us. Veteran Services at BCC provides assistance and advisement for veterans who are returning to civilian life at the community college level.
Need help writing that big paper? BCC's Writing Center is ready to assist you in all your writing needs. Students, staff, faculty and the community can use this college resource to tackle whatever writing assignment comes up.
