Nursing Admission Requirements Certification
Beginning with the Fall 2019 (Nursing and LPN Bridge) and Spring 2020 (LPN Challenge) admission cycles, all applicants to Bristol Community College's Nursing Program (including LPN Bridge and LPN Challenge options) are required to submit a completed, signed AY 18-19 Nursing Admission Requirements Certification Form. It is important to note that this form is considered a supplement to the admissions application for the Nursing program (and related options) and therefore is required to complete the application process.
NOTE: Students applying for re-admission to Nursing (NUR 102, 201 or 202) are NOT required to submit this form with their re-application.
