Paying Your Bill Online
Bristol Community College allows you to pay your bill online directly with a valid credit card or checking account using accessBCC.
Please note: There is now an authorized payer option.
Note: This is not affiliated with the Nelnet Campus Commerce online payment plan, this is a direct billing payment to BCC. For other online payment options visit Payment Plans.
- Visit accessBCC and enter User Name and Password
- Click on Student Services
- Click on Pay Direct by Credit Card/Check.
- Select Click here now to continue.
- Click on Make Payment
- Select the Term, Payment Amount and Payment Method
- Enter required payment information
*By completing the Profile Information section you are saving your payment information to be used for future payments - it is not a required field
- Click on continue and wait for payment confirmation
E-Bill is an online presentation of your Bristol Community College billing statement that uses a web-based format to provide secure access your bill. E-Bill is the official means of generating student account statements to all Bristol Community College students. It replaces the printed billing method; paper bills will no longer be printed for enrolled students.
Key Improvements Over Paper Bills
- Faster Turnaround: Once your bill is generated, you can view it, review it, and pay it online. This eliminates mailing wait time, late, or missed payment.
- Authorize Payers: This feature allows the student to give parents, family, or anyone they choose access to their billing statement. There is no limit to the number of authorized payers you can have.
- Greener: E-Bill will significantly reduce costly postage, printing, and personnel services.
- Convenience: Access your bill from anywhere, anytime.
View Your Own E-Bill
- Current Student: Sign in to accessBCC with your user name and password
- New Students: Set up your accessBCC account using your student ID number, then sign into your account.
- Click on Student Services Tab
- Click on view e-bill
- Select Click here now to Continue…
- Click on View Accounts
- Account Status shows your account in real time.
- Select Current Statement to view your current E-Bill
- To print bill - click View PDF
Authorize Payer Access E-Bill
Using your personal access information that was sent from the Information Technology Department, visit QuikPAY and log in with your user name and password. To access the E-Bill statement:
- Click on View Accounts on the left column
- Drop down box on the right, Account Actions
- Select Current Statement to view E-Bill
Please note that the student is responsible for checking their latest E-Bill and ensuring that it is paid on or before the due date. Student whose parents or guardians do not have access to e-mail or need to furnish a copy of their bill to a third-party are responsible for printing a copy of the bill and providing it to their parents/guardians or third-party.
