Governer declares Public Higher Education week in Massachusetts

Governor Deval Patrick has declared March 31 - April 4 as Public Higher Education Week in Massachusetts.

It is reportedly the first time that any Massachusetts governor has honored public higher education in this way, illustrating the Governor’s commitment to the 29 public institutions that are responsible for the education of more than 30,000 people a year.
