Class Schedule
Upon course registration, each student receives a copy of his/her class schedule. Additional copies may be obtained from the Kiosks or online at accessBCC.Enrollment Verification
Students may need to provide proof of enrollment for various reasons, usually for health insurance purposes. Please stop by the Enrollment Center with your form or a form can be provided. Please allow 24 hours to process your request.Grades
BCC mails each student a copy of his/her grade report. Grades may also be accessed from accessBCC.Intention to Graduate Forms
During fall and spring semester, students who are nearing program completion and have at least 48 earned credits for a degree should file an Intention to Graduate form in the Enrollment Center. After the request is reviewed, each student will receive official notification regarding completion of program or certificate requirements.Official Withdrawals
Students who withdraw partially (a class) or completely (all classes) from BCC must return a withdrawal form to the Enrollment Center. Failure to return a withdrawal form may result in a student failing all courses and being placed on academic probation.Registration
Students register for courses every semester for the next semester. This also includes add/drop which allows students to make changes in their class schedule based on course availability.Transcript Requests
Students may obtain a copy of their unofficial transcript (a list of completed courses with grades, and if applicable, a list of courses in progress) online through accessBCC or by visiting the Information Kiosks. Kiosks are located in the lobbies of the Commonwealth College Center (G building). Official transcripts are processed within 48 hours of receipt.Transfer Credit
If you are currently enrolled at BCC in either a certificate or a degree program, and you elect to take a course at another college while still enrolled at BCC, you may have the course evaluated for credit towards your program. Please send an official copy of the transcript from the other college to the Records Office with a request for an evaluation.
