Are you a BCC student who wants to access a CORI form for a placement in a Fall River School? Select the link below to download the form and submit it prior to performing the service. (Other schools departments require you to get a CORI form from the school at which you desire to perform service.)
Are you a BCC student who has completed more than 10 hours of unpaid community service during a specific semester and wants to access a Community Service Record to document it?
