Extreme Programming: a Gentle Introduction

"The goal of this site is to provide an introduction and overview of Extreme Programming (XP)." Clicking on hyperlinked text leads the user through an introduction and explains what Extreme Programming is, and how and when to use it.

Password Safe

Counterpane System's free Password Safe software allows users to enter usernames and passwords for various accounts, and store them all in a password-protected "safe." The software uses the Blowfish 448 bit strong encryption algorithm. Password Safe facilitates pasting passwords or usernames to the clipboard and copying to login fields. The clipboard is cleared when the program is closed. Other features include backup of password databases, the ability to show or hide passwords, and setting a default username when entering data.

Programmers Heaven

Programmers Heaven is a searchable site that proclaims that everything programmers need is all there in one place. This site is divided into sections that include Languages, Operating Systems, Applications and Web Development. At present, there are over 9800 files for download. Also available are news, newsletters, and message boards.
